The cheese is in the crisp crackers


  • c. sifted flour
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 tblsp.


  • Combine flour, salt and chives.
  • Cream together butter and cheese. Add flour and mix well.
  • Roll into 1" balls; place on ungreased baking sheet. Flatten to about ¼" thickness (bottom of glass tumbler good for this). Prick top with a fork.
  • Bake in moderate oven (350°) 12 to 15 minutes. Good with dips.
