  • ¼ cup finely chopped fresh or bottled jalapeño peppers
  • ¼ cup seeded, finely diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup finely diced red onion
  • ¼ cup diced avocado
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh coriander
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
  • Salt to taste, if desired
  • Freshly ground pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
