  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 6 to 8 tablespoons peanut, corn, or olive oil
  • Salt to taste, if desired

Method

Combine all the ingredients in a small jar. Close and shake until thoroughly blended. Serve over salad greens.
