Ingredients

  • 4 large, heavy, sweet seedless oranges
  • 1 cup freshly grated coconut
  • cup confectioners’ sugar, more or less to taste

Method

  • Peel the oranges. Slice them or section them with a knife. Put them in a crystal bowl.
  • Add the coconut and mix gently.
  • Sprinkle with confectioners’ sugar and chill until ready to serve.
