Sphericals are great for cocktail parties, providing a fun explosion of flavor in your mouth. As with most baking, making these sphericals requires a chemical reaction to occur. However, in this case, you have to get the mix perfect. If there is too much acid, fat, or alcohol in the liquid, it simply won’t work. The limited fat in the recipe was a puzzle in trying to develop a great-tasting chocolate spherical. After persevering through many failed experiments, I came up with one that works
