Pasta Squares in Broth with Spinach



Use packaged egg-pasta squares, or make them by rolling out fresh pasta, cutting it into strips, and then cutting the strips into squares. Simmer the squares in broth along with cooked onions and cooked chopped spinach or peas. This is a traditional fast breaker for Yom Kippur.
