This is my favorite recipe for egg noodles. Children and adults alike love this dish. I serve it with Pistou, Sauce aux Noix, warm Coulis, Saussoun or a meat sauce. I also serve it plain with sweet butter and freshly grated Swiss cheese. Delicious with boeuf à la niçoise, agneau à la niçoise, or porc à la sauge et aux câpres.
