Method

Chop six hard-boiled eggs and mix with a roll soaked in milk, a little salt and chopped parsley. Melt a little butter till frothy, adding the chopped ingredients. Mix in raw eggs, heavy cream, bread crumbs. When thickened a little, make sausage shapes out of the mixture and fry them gently.
