Merman* Soup

Method

Mix 1 egg with 2 cups of milk and enough flour to make a very light dough. Pour into a baking pan and bake it in a moderate oven. Cut it up into small squares and put it aside. Bring part milk with part water and salt to taste to boil, then whip in some sour cream. Just before serving, place the little baked squares in the soup.
