White Tomato Soup

Fehér Paradicsomleves


  • 8 cups strong chicken broth
  • 8 very ripe medium-sized tomatoes, peeled
  • ½ teaspoon salt


  1. Combine the broth and peeled whole tomatoes. Add salt.
  2. Simmer gently for 1 hour.
  3. Remove the tomato pulp and strain the broth. The soup should remain clear. Adjust salt if necessary. Serve in cups.
