Soup Noodles

  • ½ cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • Salt


  1. Knead a hard dough from flour, egg and a pinch of salt. Roll it out very thin and cut thin vermicelli noodles.
  2. Bring 3 quarts water and 2 tablespoons salt to a boil. Cook noodles in rapidly boiling water for 3 minutes, or until done. Drain and rinse with cold water.
