  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ cup semolina


  1. You must boil this dumpling mixture immediately after you make it. Mix together well, for about 3 minutes, the egg, salt and semolina.
  2. Bring broth or water to a boil. Dip a teaspoon into the boiling liquid, then cut ½ spoonful from dumpling mixture and gently drop i
