  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • Pinch of salt

Method

  1. Make a semihard dough by kneading flour, eggs and salt on a floured board. If eggs are extra large you may have to add a little more flour. Roll dough till it is knife-edge thin.
  2. Wipe flour from the dough with a barely damp cloth and fold sheet in half. It will stick together.
