  • 2 eggs
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ cup flour

Method

  1. Mix eggs, 2 tablespoons water and the salt in a bowl. Add flour and stir with a wooden spoon till the mixture is completely blended.
  2. Dip a metal or plastic funnel with a small opening (about the thickness of a strand of spaghetti) into hot water. Cover the opening w
