  1. Mix all ingredients well in a spice mortar. If you have no mortar put them all in a deep bowl and crush with the bottom of a cup.
  2. Sift through a fine sieve three times; crush again what remains in the sieve until everything goes through. Store it in a very well-sealed jar, refrigerated.
