  • 1 pound boiled ham without bones
  • 1 white roll
  • ½ cup m


  1. Grind ham very fine; put it through the machine twice.
  2. Soak the roll in milk, squeeze it, and force through a sieve or purée in a blender.
  3. Add puréed roll to ham together with egg yolks, sour cream and pepper.
  4. Beat egg whites till stiff and fold into ham mixture. Mix well but gently.
