- Melt butter and sé diced eggplants. When soft, add garlic and cook for a few minutes more.
- Sprinkle with dillweed, mace and pepper.
- Beat the eggs lightly and add salt to taste. Mix eggs into eggplant and cook until eggs are scrambled.
