Ingredients

  • cups flour
  • 7 ounces butter
  • 2 egg yolks

Method

  1. Mix flour with butter until the mixture forms crumbs. Then add the egg yolks, sour cream and salt. Knead very quickly. Do not work the dough for more than a few minutes. Shape into a loaf, cover, and put in the refrigerator.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
