  • 3½ cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ¾ cup

Method

  1. Mix together the milk, butter, farina and a pinch of salt. Cook for 3 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and mix in half of the grated cheese. Let the mixture cool for 10 minutes.
  3. Add eggs, one by one, beating after each addition.
  4. Butter a baking sheet and
