  • 4 pounds pork, not too lean
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons

Method

  1. Chop the pork into very small pieces, or grind through the large holes of a meat grinder.
  2. Mix in garlic, salt, pepper, paprika and cloves.
