Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • ¼ cup hot milk

Method

Melt butter, add flour, and stir with a whip over low heat for a few minutes. Add the hot milk and keep whipping. When the sauce is thickened, take off the heat. If it is too thick, add a little more milk and whip it in.
