  • 1 stewing chicken, 3 to 4 pounds
  • 3 medium-sized onions, diced

Method

  1. Cut chicken into serving pieces. Fry onions in lard until they are transparent.
  2. Add chicken pieces, paprika, tomato purée, garlic and salt. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
