  • 4 pounds sauerkraut
  • ¼ pound lard
  • 2 onions

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Squeeze sauerkraut till quite dry.
  2. Melt lard and sauté minced onions in it for 5 minutes.
  3. Add sauerkraut to onions. Mix well and cook
