  • 1 pound flour
  • ½ pound sweet butter
  • 4 tablespoons

Method

  1. Mix flour with butter until the mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle with sugar and salt and add the whole egg and the sour cream. Knead quickly, but don’t work on it for more than a few minutes.
