Ingredients

  • 4 apples
  • cups vanilla sugar
  • 2 egg whites

Method

  1. Bake the whole apples. Peel them and remove cores. Sieve the pulp or purée in a blender.
  2. Add vanilla sugar and egg whites to the apple purée, and whip the mixture for about 15 minutes, or until a spoon stands up in it.
  3. Finally, add the lemon juice and continue whipping for a few more minutes.
  4. Serve with a homemade cookie, preferably a large fla
