  • 1 pound fresh cherries
  • ⅜ pound sweet butter
  • ¾ cup

Method

  1. Pit cherries, taking care not to split them. Set aside. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix butter well with half of the granulated sugar. After a few minutes of vigorous whipping add egg yolks and continue whipping. Finally add flour and salt.
  3. Beat
