  • ⅔ cup milk
  • 1 envelope of yeast
  • 3 cups flour

Method

  1. Bring milk to lukewarm temperature. To half of the milk add the yeast, 2 tablespoons flour and 1 tablespoon sugar. Mix together well. Let this starter rest for 10 minutes.
