  • 1 cup ground walnuts
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 10 tablespoons


  1. Scald milk. Remove from heat and stir in walnuts. Cool.
  2. In a separate bowl beat butter, rum and vanilla sugar together till very light and foamy.
  3. Put both mixtures together and blend well.
