  • ½ pound unsweetened chocolate

Method

  1. Roast hazelnuts in a preheated 200°F. oven for 10 to 15 minutes. While nuts are still hot, peel them by rubbing them in a clean kitchen towel. Grind nuts to a fine, floury texture. Increase oven heat to 375°F.</
