Chocolate Glaze I


  • 4 ounces sweet chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter


Cook chocolate and sugar with ¼ cup water for 6 to 8 minutes. Take from the heat and stir in the butter until it is melted and the glaze smooth and shiny.


Make double the amount of filling. Cut torte into 3 layers, and make 2 layers of filling.
