Ingredients

  • 2 ounces semisweet chocolate
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons

Method

  1. Melt the chocolate in the top part of a double boiler over hot water. Cool.
  2. Mix sugar and cocoa with cup water. Add to cooled chocolate, mix in the butter and simmer for 5 minutes.
