For the crostini

  • 8-10 slices sourdough bread
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried, ground hyssop leave

Method

Step 1: Trim the sourdough slices into smaller triangular shapes and brush with olive oil. Season with the ground hyssop leaves and toast in the oven under the grill until crisp and golden.
