Method

Step 1: For the brownie cake, preheat the oven to 180°C. Gently melt the chocolate and butter together (see Chef’s Tips). Add the sugar and egg and mix until thoroughly combined. Sift in the flour and cocoa powder, folding into the mixture. Pour
