  • 2 cups whole milk

Method

  1. Bring the milk to a boil in a medium-size saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring frequently to prevent it from scorching. Once it comes to a boil, lower the heat to medium. Continue boiling the milk down, scraping the sides of the pan occasionally to release the milk solids and stirring them back into the liquid, until 99 percent of the liquid has evaporated and only crea
