Let me preface this recipe by saying that paav bhajee masala is commonly available in any store that sells Indian groceries, and it is perfectly okay to use it. In fact, I have done so on numerous occasions. However, my chemistry background got the better of me as I looked at the list of ingredients on the box. All of these spices were in my pantry, and so I experimented with the proportions a few times. This version surpasses the flavor of the store-bought blend, I think.
