Let me be the first to tell you that this is a production. On the day I make it, it’s all I eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner—oh, and let’s not forget afternoon tea.

I find myself in seventh heaven when I am eating carbohydrates with more carbohydrates, especially when it is potato with bread.
