Simmered with quick-cooking boneless chicken breasts, this is one of those curries that will take care of your craving for spicy satisfaction at a moment’s notice. If you prefer, however, or if you’re not in a rush, you can certainly use bone-in skinless chicken pieces; just be sure to allow an extra 10 to 15 minutes of simmering time to make sure the meat cooks through.
