I have prepared this recipe when fresh peas are in season, which makes the combination extra-special. Often I will add cream to yogurt for a smoother consistency. The fat in the cream prevents the yogurt from curdling, making way for a creamier-looking and -tasting sauce. For a quick weekday meal, this curry is delicious with a bowl of steamed white rice, basmati or otherwise.
