No Parsi wedding is complete without this fish, smothered in a coconut-chile sauce, wrapped in banana leaves, and served steaming hot. This version is a favorite of Mrs. Perinne Medora and her family. Of Persian ancestry, they emigrated to America after many years in Mumbai. They now lead successful lives in the fields of banking, technology (her son, Zubin, keeps my website functioning), and other professions.
