A Maharashtrian-influenced curry, this is incredibly delicious if you use blue-gray tiger prawns, available in the seafood aisle of many large supermarkets. In my opinion, they are far more succulent than the more common farm-raised shrimp. Serve it with the mashed potato curry Limboo podi maas and the black cardamom-scented basmati rice Kala elaichi pulao for an amazingly easy-to-make meal that will ch
