Method

  • To avoid frying, simply divide dough into 2 parts, and line a generously greased 10x15in (25.5x38cm) baking pan with one half of the dough. Spread filling on it and cover it with the second half by flattening small pieces, and then laying them on the filling until the entire surface is covered. Spray or brush surface generously with oil
