  • In a medium skillet, heat oil, and sauté onion until transparent, about 5 minutes.
  • Squeeze out excess moisture from the spinach and add it to the onion. Stir until all moisture evaporates, a few minutes. Set aside to cool off, then mix with the rest of the ingredients and use as directed.
