Method

Preheat oven to 350°F/175°C/gas mark 4.
On a working surface lay a fillo sheet flat, brushing half of it crosswise with melted butter. Fold in half, crosswise, and brush the top surface. Keep the rest of the dough covered with a dry kitchen cloth, away f
