- 6 fresh medium-hot chilies

Method
- Broil or grill chilies until they develop some charred spots. Skin and finely chop (handle with gloved hands).
- In a medium skillet, sauté onion and garlic in oil until just softened, about 4 minutes. Sprinkle flour on onion and stir briefly.
