  • 6 fresh medium-hot chilies
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated

Method

  • Broil or grill chilies until they develop some charred spots. Skin and finely chop (handle with gloved hands).
  • In a medium skillet, sauté onion and garlic in oil until just softened, about 4 minutes. Sprinkle flour on onion and stir briefly.
  • Gradually add cup
