Method
- In the bowl of an electric mixer, outfitted with the whisk attachment, whip the cream to soft flowing peaks. Do not overbeat.
- Use immediately or store in a container, covered, refrigerated, until ready to serve the dessert.
- You may need to rewhip the cream briefly to stiffen it a bit, if it has become deflated and liquidy.
