  • In the bowl of an electric mixer, outfitted with the whisk attachment, whip the cream with the sugar and vanilla extract, to soft peaks.
  • Transfer to a pastry bag, outfitted with a plain round tip, measuring ½ inch in diameter and seal the bag.
  • Refrigerate until ready to assemble the dessert.
