Bring milk and cream to the boil.
Remove from the heat, add the chocolate, and stir until smooth.
Remove about 1 cup of the liquid and whisk it gradually into the malted milk powder to yield a smooth paste.
Gradually add more of the liquid, stirring constantly, to keep the mixture smooth.
When all of the liqu
