Method

  • Place the butter and brown sugar into a wide sauté pan.
  • Add the halved bananas, about 6 pieces at a time, and sauté just until golden brown and slightly softened.
  • Continue sautéing until all of the bananas have been sautéed.
  • Return the sautéed bananas to the saucepan, add the coconut milk and simmer until slightly thickened, turning the banana
