Method

  • Cut 12 squares of food-grade acetate, each measuring 4 inches by 4 inches.
  • Using a paper cone filled with the melted tempered chocolate or non-tempering coating, pipe out thin lines of chocolate in a close crosshatch design on the top side of the acetate.
  • Then carefully bring two opposite corners of the acetate together and tape to secure.
