Method

The skins of the bananas should be just starting to become spotted with black specks indicating the degree of desired ripeness.

Bloom the gelatin as follows

  • Place the gelatin into a bowl large enough to cover it completely with cold water.
  • Allow to soften and when soft, remove the gelatin and squeeze out excess liquid
